    • Xtraszone reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must submit a cancellation request via Contact Us form within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours won't be eligible for any refund at all.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds will be provided if:

    • You cancel your course within 24 hours of purchase.
    • The course is canceled by Xtraszone.
  • No Refunds will be provided if:

    • You cancel your course on or after 24 hours of purchase of course.
    • You violate the terms of service of Xtraszone.

    • Our support team will review your request and respond within 0-5 business days.
  • Refund Approval:

    • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
